This society was formed in 1972 with the aim of bringing the highest standard of musical performance to this area of Cheshire. Concerts by professional musicians, many internationally renowned, are held monthly in the small hall of Holmes Chapel Leisure Centre on Saturday evenings from September to April each year.
The atmosphere is friendly and informal, with performers encouraged to introduce their music. Non-members are very welcome at the concerts. The society also organises monthly visits for members to travel by coach to the Halle Orchestra Opus One concerts in the Bridgewater Hall, Manchester.

A new, informal group, for both beginner and experienced ukulele players. The idea is – above all - to have fun, whilst building up
our playing skills, so we will start with easy pieces (using a few simple chords) and, hopefully, progress to more complicated pieces.
We are happy to provide basic tuition to beginners. We meet at the Methodist Church Hall at 7:30 pm on alternate Friday evenings;
there is a small charge to cover the cost of room hire.
